Bucharest launches first Tea & Coffee Festival

The Romanian capital is holding its first Tea & Coffee Festival August 22-29, with the aim of promoting consumption of the drinks and celebrating their culture, local reports said.

The Festival will include street events around the city as well as performances in Bucharest’s coffee shops and an exhibition of tea and coffee accessories.

Presentations will also highlight the latest trends in coffee preparation and presentation in a number of other major coffee cultures, the reports added.
