Try the following recipe when it’s too hot to think and you need a caffeine hit.
Ingredients:
1 cup of chilled coffee (the stronger the better) 2 heaped tablespoons of white sugar ½ cup of thickened cream ¼ tsp vanilla extract 2 cups of ice
Method:
Toss it all in a blender and blend until its creamy. You’ll end up with about two large cups of rich, smooth iced coffee. Enjoy with a friend or cool yourself down and get your brain back in motion.
