GLOBAL – Tim Hortons back to Canada

MILAN – Coffee and doughnut chain Tim Hortons is returning to Canada to have the company registered again in Ottawa in order to take advantage of falling corporate tax rates.

Currently incorporated in the United States, Tims announced yesterday that it is proposing to reorganize itself as a Canadian public company.
