Pysical Market:
The physical coffee market start the week with the same prices of yesterday Offer to new crop coffees with 15% of defects from R$ 285.00 to R$ 287,00, and for coffee with 20% of defects between R$ 280,00 and R$ 283,00.

BM&F:
September BM&F Arabica coffee ended at US$ 159,45 with 1,30 points higher, totalizing 1.136 contracts Sep/Dec spread was traded@2,30 and 2,50. The Sep/Sep arbitrage oscillated from -14,75 to -15,40; Sep/Dec from -16,60 to -17,30; Dec/Dec from –14,70 to -15,30. The coffee market hasworked on the positive, because we found a sharp drop in the dollar market, giving support to the market. The improvement of the international scene as a function of countries\’ aid to the European Union,also supported the market. Today have not issued any notice into the Mai10, totalizing of 55 contracts delivered.

Nybot:
July coffee contract ended at 134,15, with 25 points higher and ranged between 133.00 and 134.85.Following the strong upward movement of external market, mainly the strong euro appreciation against the dollar, the coffee´s price on this Monday worked predominantly in the upward movement, spurred mainly by the announcement of financial assistance in the euro zone for about €750 billion. Marking the minimum whey in the opening at 133.00 the commodity appreciated with new purchases until reaches the maximum at 134.85, unable to continue this movement the grain lost power and returned towork close to the 14-day moving average (134.00), working for the rest of the day without much oscillation and waxing session at 134.15. On today\’s session, was delivered 74 notice, totaling on the accumulated of period 1.160 notices. The 40, 100 and 200 moving average is located respectively at 135.30 / 137.80 and 139.00. According to Cecafé, May shipments totalized 355.344 bags, an decrease of 16,7% over the same period the previous month. July Liffe coffeeclose today at 1385, with 14 points higher, in a range between 1362 and 1389.
