1012 EST [Dow Jones] – ICE arabica coffee is trading off fresh 16-week lows as the rising dollar triggers speculative selling, an analyst says. March futures are down 90 points at $1.3205 a pound, off the $1.3160 low. “The stronger dollar off of the [bullish] GDP number is chasing some speculative money out of the market,” says Sterling Smith, market analyst at Country Hedging in St. Paul, Minn. Coffee could break back to the $1.29-$1.30 level, Smith says. Liffe March robusta futures are down $10 at $1,320 a ton. (HEH)
