DENMARK – Imports down in first quarter

MILAN – According to reports from the European Union, green coffee imports in Denmark during January – March 2009 were of 8,45.8 tons compared to 8,675.2 tons during the same period of 2008. Main suppliers during the period were: Germany with 4,429.1 tons, Brazil with 1,578.9 tons, Vietnam with 529.7 tons, Colombia with 525.2 tons and Peru with 382.1 tons.
