Rain to Return to Brazil’s Biggest Robusta Coffee-Growing State

     Dec. 31 (Bloomberg) — Rain will reach Espirito Santo after  Jan. 5, Sao Paulo-based weather forecaster Somar Meteorologia says in a report e-mailed today.

  * The Zona da Mata region of Minas Gerais, Brazil’s biggest
    arabica-producing state, will also get wet weather
  * Rainfall coming after more than 30 days of dry weather
  * Bahia state remaining dry until at least Jan. 9
  * NOTE: Brazil is the world’s biggest coffee producer
